This role requires an individual who is extremely organized and has high attention to detail, ensuring minimal mistakes are made. While some accounts receivable experience is important, a willingness to learn and take ownership on assigned tasks through completion is paramount.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8 hours (9-5) in office only.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and policies
• Ensure daily credit and collections operations are running effectively
• Using data entry to change paper records to a digital format
• Reminding customers about upcoming payments or past-due accounts
• Keeping accurate records of payments that they receive from customers
• Creating reports for supervisors and providing digital or paper copies of records when requested

Requirements

• MS Office Certification is a plus
• 2+ years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to organize anything
• Professional personal presentation
